Our Process
- Brief — share your idea, references, dimensions, intended use.
- Concept & Quote — within 3 working days we return a concept sketch, material plan, lead time and price.
- Sampling — for orders above 10 pieces, we throw and fire a sample for your approval.
- Production — hand-thrown, hand-painted, kiln-fired in our Jingdezhen studio.
- Worldwide Shipping — fully insured air or sea freight, with tracking.
