XOidea Ceramics (“we”) collects only what a commission needs:

• Contact details — your name, email, and the messaging handle you contact us on (WhatsApp / Telegram), so we can reply.
• Your pictures — the photos or artwork you send become painting references for your piece only. We never publish a commission without asking you first.
• Order details — address and payment records needed to make and ship your porcelain.
• Account data — if you register, your email and order history live in your account until you ask us to delete them.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone except the carriers who deliver your piece and the payment provider who processes your payment. Cookies on this site are limited to what login and checkout require.
